Not difficult interviews, but that depends on the person interviewing. I was a referral. They do use key word software and when I was hiring 300+ resumes but offered only 5 resumes to view.

Competency based interviews that deal with 1 question - tell me about a time when.... Then the interviewer has you tell and re-tell the story, probing for what the thought process behind each step was. Not a bad process but can be limiting if you don't choose the right scenario.
