It consisted of four steps. You are speaking with the recruiter, meeting with your manager,another meeting with the Gm, and the final step is with the DOS. Pretty standard star type questions and make sure you relay you are comfortable competing for business.

There were a total of three interviews in the process. One with the recruiting team, then the sales manager, then the General Manager. The interviews were pretty straightfoward. Be prepared for both behavioral and situational questions.

It felt like my time was not valued and taken advantage of with the first interview lasting over an hour and a half.
The decision is ultimately left to the group VP who does not even conduct an interview.
