Really pretty standard interview aside from having to go down to the jail and through security. The woman who interviewed me, and eventually my boss, was down to business but friendly and direct. It was a pretty easy. I also got to walk around and see what the facility looked like a little bit and what they did there. It was like any other kitchen except the sharp things were kept in a cage and there were more locks on doors and more windows in offices.

It was a job fair that I signed up for. Waited for two hours. They came out after not speaking to myself and two others that were interested saying that the position had been filled.
