Answered Monster ad. Received call for HR recruiter the following week who then forwarded notes to HR where an interview was set up. I interviewed with GM and another person, whose function was not given, perhaps Finance. I did see just before my interview an employee with whom I had worked with 3 years previously (the place closed) who told me that the place was tough but that I would do well. This was someone whom I had been a reference for before so I did trust that person's judgement. There was no question I could perform the job however I did not specific budgetary experience.
