I had a phone interview which was fairly simple. They essentially asked questions about your resume. Two-three weeks later I was told I made it to the final interview which was the video montage. I didn't get an offer until 4 months after the final interview but they were great about sending an email once a month to let you know that you're in their consideration set and is still finding a office to place you.

First round phone screen, then virtual panel. I made it to the virtual panel round, but they have waited over a month to schedule the interview. Claimed that they were struggling to find times that worked on their side even though I offered large chunks of availability.

I was contacted via email to set up a phone call with an HR Manager. The manager ended up calling 20 minutes past our scheduled time. I was a bit thrown off from the lack of promptness but the interview went well. The time frame for hiring is far too long to be efficient.

It was a video Interview, ask 5 questions and 2 minutes for each questions. one chance to re-answer the question. 30 seconds preparation time is give for each question
