Easy, The HR manager is young inexperienced and will help you during the 2nd interview with the administrators( One has an MBA and very respectful the other is a street smart, know it all, with attitude and uneducated but has been with the company 20+ years thats why she's there..... at first she's very nice but then will bite you in the butt...
