I had a typical phone screen, and then I was invited to move forward to a director-level interview. Unfortunately, the interviewer was almost 15 minutes late, and instead of extending the interview to make up for the delay, it was quickly rushed. I could tell she was a bit distracted and hadn't thoroughly reviewed my resume. About two and half weeks later, I received an automatic rejection email, which I found a bit unprofessional considering I had already gone through two steps in the process.
