Interviewer was engaged and thorough when asking questions. The recruiter seemed well informed about the role and the design team itself. Followed up afterwards and also gave me tips for future interviews.

Ghosted! The process was 4 months long and I went through 5 rounds of interviews. Everything was going smoothly and efficiently the first 2 months. The last round I met the whole team and thought it went really well! I followed up with them after the interview and took them 2 weeks for them to tell me that they would get back to me soon. Then came the radio silence. After many attempts to get an answer they ended up ghosting me after waiting to hear back for 2 months which is really disappointing when getting this far along in the process. I tried calling HR for an update, emailing them and also emailing the hiring manager. Nothing. They ended up going with an internal hire and I only found out by looking on LinkedIn. Really confused why HR couldn’t communicate better in the process since I was working with their direct department and not a 3rd party recruiter.
