Starting with online application and questions, then an online aptitude test through the arctic shores app, a group assessment centre and finally a 1 to 1 interview which was online. HR liked to make out they were personal and cared but would then leave it months between each stage and not respond to emails. After making it through the group assessment I was told my 1 to 1 interview would be soon. Over a month later it required me to chase them up to actually get my interview. In comparison to other interviews, I wasn't made to feel at ease.
