HR contacted me one day after the application. HR did a phone screen firstly and then scheduled an interview. The interview is with the hiring manager and the team member. The interview is about mainly behavioral questions.

Came in as an intern and hired post-grad. Hiring staff were welcoming and had been with company for 5+ years which I saw as a good sign. Overall interview process was easy.

Went through the first round of HR screening after which was scheduled for a second round with the hiring managers. The second round got postponed twice, and one hour before the interview was scheduled, they informed me that the interview was cancelled because they dont sponsor visa. This was something I had mentioned in the application and first round, why schedule a second round, make me wait for two weeks and then cancel at the last minute. Very unprofessional and pathetic
The interview was split into 3 parts: 1. Team-based activity to solve a case 2. Personal interview/competency questions with 2 interviewers 3. Case study. 20 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to deliver a structured response
