I interviewed with three mangers and then was taken out to lunch by staff. The interview was with each person in their office and thr lunch was with admin staff and project managers.

There was an initial 30 min interview with the recruiter, then a final hour long group interview with four people for an entry level position as a geologist / environmental scientist.

I sent my resume online directly through their site. A week after, I was notified through email for a phone interview. I talked to a recruiter who asked a various general questions about my resume. And after another week was notified my application not going further.
