I first talked to Arcadis at a university career fair. Then, they reached out to do a one-hour online interview with a panel of 5 people. They were willing to stay an extra 20 minutes to answer my questions.

I interviewed at the NSBE national conference. It got the interview at the company booth and was scheduled to have the interview in 2 hours at the interview hall. The interview was a conversation with one of the hire-ups in the company and I received the offer on the spot.

It was very conversational. They really wanted to learn more about me and how I think through things and I learned more about them and their teams. They mostly asked me about my experiences and very few typical interview questions.

Average difficulty for an entry level position, did not ask too much about the technical part on remediation treatment or technologies, but asked more about the academic projects and past working experiences you put on your resume.
