Interview process was drawn out and convoluted. Got back to me nearly 4 months after application closed. First speak to recruitment specialist, then interview with recruiting manager(s), ghosted for weeks on end between stages and then promised 'next week' over and over again for next stage. I ended up accepting an offer elsewhere with a company that respected my time and actually responded to me within a reasonable timescale. Appreciate this was an interview process for a high level role (£100K), but that doesn't excuse broken promises and poor communication.
