First interview was at college, then a 3 hour interview with three different people (two from the department and one from HR). After a while you will get a call from a HR representative that will offer you the job. They will send you an email with the salary offer to which you have to reply.

2 rounds, but could be 3 ( i skipped one) round 1 - Standard HR interview round 2 - Was going to be a MS Teams interview but they moved me past this interview. round 3 - interview with direct team lead and their boss onsite. Pretty much just a conversation to get to know you. They ask some standard interview questions and they tell you the format of how to answer them (basically just STARS). They mostly just wanted to get to know me, my background and how I conducted my work. I assume it was suppose to take about an hour to 1.5 hours but mine took about 2.5 hours. They ended up going with someone else but referred me to interview for a different job, this time the interview was on teams, which I'm pretty sure I'm not going to get because it doesn't fit me as well and its been a few weeks since that interview.
