Behavioural based questions with three representatives from Dofasco. All three representatives were engineers with varying degrees and various levels of seniority. They made me feel very comfortable and asked a lot of follow up/probing questions after every response I made. The asked questions based on your resume and not just from a set list of questions they had in front of them. Overall a great interview experience..
