The recruitment process was conducted in campus. Computer based test was conducted for 30 questions in 30 minutes after the preliminary screening of applicants based on the CGPA .The test contained general aptitude, finance concepts and logical reasoning. After the CBT, Group Discussion was held which revolved around the current happenings in general.

Aptitude test contains Logical Reasoning, Finance, Derivates and Fixed Income questions followed by couple of rounds of interview mostly based on resume and basics of Finance, Economics and Derivates concepts
Asked all sort of conceptual questions related to role.
Questions were about derivatives, fixed income securities, economy.
Basic HR questions at the end.
There were total 3 rounds- 2 technical and 1 HR.

Tough, lengthy and hard. Tough questions related to finance, accounting and economics. Also asked to comment on real life scenarios and how to deal with them. I was interviewed by a VP and a high ranking manager. They were quite understanding but it's a shame I wasn't prepared enough for the interview.
