Unprofessional and not organized. They make you feel as if you had landed a great position and growth is there and that you will be valued, however that is definitely not the case!!! The owners are wolves in sheeps clothing and just want worker bees!

I was recommended by another employee, interviewed with the owner. The owner talks a good talk, she is intelligent, but much of it is just show and you will learn...well....that would be telling. Look for another job. There is a group of former Arch employees who trade war stories.
