The presenter shared their screen the entire time, other people on the call were hidden, but the chat box was open for questions throughout. It lasted about an hour. It seems more like a sales pitch for an mlm than an actual job posting. I thought I was applying for a position with an actual agency and it wasn't. They try to sell you on their $300 'package' and the cheapest one is $90.

this is 100% a scam, Archer Travel Group is an MLM scheme Discover You Travel was advertising positions in NSW, QLD and VIC. I was offered an interview via Zoom only to find a sales pitch for a different company a quick Google search easily reveals that this is an MLM. chat is disabled and everyone is also muted just get out ASAP.
