I applied online and and a recruiter reached out to me for initial phone screen about a week later. Then I was called by the hiring manager, and I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. Finally heard back from recruiter who scheduled me for several phone interviews spread out over two weeks. It was hard to get in contact with the recruiter to get the interviews scheduled and then they were rescheduled more than once which was frustrating.
