Had three separate interviews, one with HR, one with team supervisor and a third with the team members. All great but then never heard back. Followed up twice and never got a reply back.

It was normal at first- the recruiter reached out to me and the following interviews were all positive. The employees affirmed my interviews and experiences, and all my interviews went 30 minutes over time. After the final round, the recruiter shared that they would share an update soon and I followed up with them about twice a week. They told me, "We'll share an update in the next day or so," and then they would leave me waiting another week. You would say that they were trying to ghost me but their team kept saying, "we'll talk next steps soon/you would be such a great addition/we'll talk about a start date and benefits." Then after my second follow-up email, they told me that they found another candidate. I felt like the process was not kind and that I deserved the decency of a more transparent interview experience. I'm sure that their teams had the resources to get back to me in a timely manner instead of making me wait for an answer for over two weeks.
