Applied online Phone interview around 5-10mins Asked to interview at the office Waited 30mins for interviewer Turns out to be HR interview, was not told this beforehand One hr long interview with HR HR tested my English speaking as well Asked general questions about experience mostly to gauge communication skills and personality HR pushed a lot on the fact that they are high workload low man power company Asked a lot about whether I feel comfortable with this , trying to scare the candidate and gauge response. Was told they leave work at 12 quite often. 12 days AL ONLY have meal compensation Only have taxi compensation after 12 am HR really spent a lot of time and effort emphasizing on high workload and candidates mental ability and emotional ability to handle this. Basically was told got to do everything and be available to do everything without fixed schedule. Was told second interview might happen in two weeks. Average interview but HR really let candidate know all the toxic potentials of the firm. What I understand is that there are very high expectations but no compensation for that extra expectation. All in all sounds toxic and honest about being toxic

I applied the job online, two round interviews. HR and an architect (not sure if he is the boss). I was told by the HR that the boss is mean. Position is a replacement.
