After speaking with him he scheduled a phone interview with me with the Director for about 30 mins which went over. I was invited for an onsite at the plant. I met the plant manager and senior managers in addition to HR. It took them about 2 weeks to confirm that they liked me. Another two weeks to send the offer letter post negotiation.
