Got call from staffing agency asking ctc, expected ctc notice period, work experience etc . Sent a email with all details. They scheduled interview. Took 4 rounds for about 3 hours. In the end they said I have cleared all rounds and HR will contact for further details. Got mail from HR two days later asking payslips etc. After sending them, waited for a week. No response from HR. Sent reminder, no response. Then contacted staffing agency, they said that they don't have budget to pay according to my current salary. If they don't have budget, why did they schedule the interview and waste my time. I clearly sent my current ctc and expected ctc before interview. They didn't look those details before calling for interview? Wasting time of people. Arcserve is a spinoff from CA technologies. A small, startup kind company.
