I first met with HR, then two members of the team (one technical, another was a director) and then a follow-up meeting with HR. All meetings took place over Teams; there was no coding interview, although I believe that may not always be the case.

Many questions focused on my experience, and then follow-ups were meant to tease out a sense of my approach as well as the depth of my overall understanding. I was asked why I made certain decisions, what I understood the benefits would be, etc.
