The first interview was a typical phone screen, lasting approximately 20 minutes, pretty basic questions and with clear next steps. The anticipated response time was two weeks. At the end of the second week, an email was sent with an invitation for a panel interview. Within 5 minutes of receipt, a second email was sent, noting that the previous email was sent in error. Not only did the email contain misspellings, it also did not further clarify the status of my advancement in the interview process. For an organization to expect excellence in their recruitments, I find this not only unprofessional, but inappropriate. Steer clear of organizations with lack of clarity and lack of professionalism.
