A entrevista foi bem simples, basicamente foi perguntando sobre a minha carreira tech, desde a faculdade até o ultimo emprego, depois disso foram feitas algumas questões sobre o tempo de experiência com algumas tecnologias e ao final foi requisitado o link do LinkedIn e Github para analise técnica.
O entrevistador foi bem simpatico e atencioso.

The interview process is like so:
1. Director Screening
2. Technical interview
3. Client interview (tentative)
The first call is with the director and not HR who seemed pre-occuplied with something else onscreen. The entire interview process is managed through email. I had to re-send my resume during the technical interview because the interviewer "misplaced it". When booking for the technical round, I was only supplied one time without a calendar invite, unlike the first interview. I was also lost in the process for a week because the round 2 interviewer forgot about me and his boss had to remind him.
The team apparently is swamped with AI candidates and is upfront about it. It's such a problem that not wanting to be recorded during an interview disqualifies you because it's "company policy". This seems a bit much, was inconsistently applied anyway, and without notification. I would've never bothered with this company if I knew ahead of time.
Overall, it was a sloppily performed interview process. They should by an HR platform to manage interviews.
