Great process, really helpful insight. Made me go through an excel test to be able to prove my excel skills. Asked a lot of competency based questions. Overall, great interview process.

Met with several department managers. Each one used a different technique. Seemed to be dis-organized. corporate hr director appeared to be out of touch and more of a Corp type then an effective leader for the site mgrs. Didn't seem to know much about safety and that was a shock.
