I interviewed with three senior level staff members, and the onsite Administrator. The first three were via the telephone and the fourth interview was in person at the job location.

Fast and straight to the point due to urgency. The entire process including phone screen took a week. I wasn’t fully informed of the positions requirements prior to accepting the position.
