first step:
they sent me a coding question via mail to do in a week.
second step:
meeting with team dev, and then after i passed, they send me an asssignment to do within a week (graphs and algorythms concepts)
Third Step:
zoom interview with 3 developers (not the team lead), where they give you 4 technical questions to write code and solve in real time.
