The process begins with a phone screening followed by a one on one. If the applicant is qualified he/she will then meet with other members of the staff, including upper management, and have a tour of the facility.

The first question asked by any of the interviewers had to do with values. (This is a rapidly growing team that employs a plethora of varying backgrounds, skill sets, experience levels, and ages. The most important and unifying factor is everyone's commitment to continuously strive toward the core values as set forth by those that built the company from the ground- up.)
