Opportunity initially discovered through recruitment agency. 2 stage interview process. 1st interview was a Teams Call with a portfolio director, 2nd interview was face to face in their Blackfriars office with portfolio director and sales director. Communication post interview was very efficient, with job offer being made on same day of the 2nd interview. I only declined as current employer provided a counter-offer that I couldn't turn down.
