2 interviews, with VPs and Associates, analysts. seemed to value candidates from a more esteemed background for younger people and usually ex-bankers. Questions are not particularly hard, they are trying to see if you are a fit.

I for sure would recommend preparing for the interviews. All my interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to, which made the experience easier than I expected. I didn't know all the answers to questions, but still made it to further rounds.
