It was toxic. Midway through the process another executive decided he wanted me on his team and pulled a power play with executive management to hijack me from the Executive who is the one I met and wanted to hire me. He was successful and they offered a role on his team instead of with the one who I really connected with and wanted to work for. I declined the job because it just seems like a toxic workplace.
