3 stage interview. First and second interview 45 minutes each over the phone. Third is on-site with 6 members of the department 2-2.5 hours long. 1st call is from the Recruiter, 2nd is from the Director and 2 other team members. 3rd is 3 employees and 3 from the management. They do most of the talking so be prepared to listen about how awesome they are, how hard of a job they do, and how much of a difficult learning curve it is to be worthy of their team.
