They were desperate for a React developer because no one was willing to relocate to Richardson Texas (I don't blame them since it's in the middle of nowhere). A lot of people were leaving because it's owned by boomers executives. I was about to be given an offer letter but the HR said because I don't have a degree they rescinded my offer. Which is a huge red flag and glad I was denied, especially if that meant relocating to the middle of nowhere.
