Applied on line, very simple form (took about 5 minutes to fill in). Was called the next day by a member of the senior management from the store that I applied to, she asked me a few basic questions over the phone (when was I available to work, and answered any questions that I had). We then arranged a time and data for a one-to-one physical interview in-store. The interview - this took place at the store that I applied to, I went in smart attire (full suit, shirt, tie and shoes). I asked for the person who I spoke on the phone with, she took me into her office where we sat down and had an informal chat (this was a very laid back and stress-free interview, do not worry if applying for this role!). The chat involved me talking about myself, my work etc. She then asked me some competency question (i.e. what would you do in this scenario), all basic stuff, nothing that should throw you off. Then had to fill in some forms (to get the paperwork going for van insurance, etc - this is only applicable for the specific role that I applied for). She said that she would get back to me and I now await her response!

Very informal interview, asked competency based questions overall very relaxed and felt more like just a chat rather than an actual interview. If you get passed the interview you get called to arrange a driving assessment.
