Group interview at first....can be daunting for some but i enjoyed.get you to do tasks in a group like design a poster and work as a team but all very lighthearted and you introduce yourself to everyone.then called back for a one to one interview
Nice and simple. Straightforward. Clear, good communication. Clear date and time given. Accessible and easy location, nice staff. Easy to find. Good directions. Useful job description and person specification. Knew how to prepare and what to bring.

The interview was quite casual, the manager was really lovely and had a nice chat. Had to answer question on previous experience (does not have to be job related, if you didn't have previous experience)
