Apply in store when they are hiring. Get invited to a group interview where you need to complete a series of tasks such as design posters or sing songs depending on the manager. After that a job offer is made or not.

You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
