Applied online, had telephone interview then brought in for face to face interview was very conversational, and interviewer very friendly. This was my first job I had ever had an interview for so felt very calm and enjoyed the interview process.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
