I applied online and received an email saying I was unsuccessful. A week later, I received a phone call inviting me to a group interview. At the group interview we were asked to talk to the person beside us and find out as much as we could about them, and then introduce each other to the group. After that, we did some simple tests.Then, we were asked to try and sell product protection to a customer, we were given a leaflet on it, and had to do a role play activity where one of us was a customer and the other the sales assistant.
