We did a team building task wherein we had to build something out of small sticks, the interviewers were observing us and choosing people that contributed actively and worked well with others. There was also an interview with 2 people where they asked several questions about why I wanted to work there and what I could offer
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
