Great process not hard group stage first then on the shop floor to deal with customers. Was interesting and they seek people to be friendly and chatty to each other and staff. Enjoyed it but didn’t get the role
Nice and simple. Straightforward. Clear, good communication. Clear date and time given. Accessible and easy location, nice staff. Easy to find. Good directions. Useful job description and person specification. Knew how to prepare and what to bring.

The interview was quite casual, the manager was really lovely and had a nice chat. Had to answer question on previous experience (does not have to be job related, if you didn't have previous experience)
