Asked me why I wanted to work at Argus. I explained how I was interested in commodities and working at a PRA. I had a few follow up questions but that was about it.

Four different rounds with members of the team. Process was long spread across multiple months. Some technical questions but mostly behavioral, I thought it was a fair interview process they didn't ask for ridiculous tests or presentations that took a long time to prep for.

At first, I was emailing back and forth with a representative for the internship opportunity. All was fine until I hopped on a teams call with a representative. The lady was so unprofessional on the call. She told me she had a terrible migraine, and I offered to reschedule the call because we are all just human beings, and all need some slack sometimes. However, she said it was fine, and we would continue quickly. The entire interview, she was bent over on her desk squinting at the camera and rubbing her temples. I felt sorry for her but also, I really just wanted to quickly go over the questions she prompted me since she was obviously not well. She barely gave me the time and day to speak because of her migraine and when I did speak, it felt so awkward because she was literally bent over on her desk with her eyes closed... such a weird and unprofessional experience. Of course, they got back to me 2 months later saying they went with another candidate. Feeling strange about the whole thing especially since I had an extreme disadvantage since the lady barely even heard me speak because of her migraine. Next time, please do not take an interview call if you are feeling that unwell. Disappointed in the companies hiring process and representatives. 1/10 would not recommend this company to anyone because of this awkward experience.
