Four tests consisting of writing a news report in 45minutes, a very simple maths test, a price reporting test and a reporter initiative test. Then a usual face to face interview. Second round with two senior members of editorial with very similar questions to first round but slightly more challenging and on the spot.

Started with a screening call followed by a testing and then interviews with the hiring committee. The team was friendly and transparent about the role’s expectations and growth opportunities. Overall engaging and insightful experience.
