I was called by phone a day or two after I applied. The person didn't email me to schedule a call. They didn't have an HR person at that time, so I was understanding. But, they were very disorganized and unprofessional. I was scheduled for a video interview with 2 people on Dec 26th, 2023. No one showed up. It was a waste of time. I thought the company is a scam. Then a video call was scheduled with their Regulatory Director on mid January and an in person interview at the end of January 2024. I even prepared a presentation for the in person interview. They focused on asking about GCP experience when the position (job description) emphasizes experience with GxP audits and systems, which I have. I was ghosted for a month and then coldly via an email one of them mentioned the position is frozen and they don't need a full time QA (this was end of February 2024, a month later). I heard they are disorganized and trying to have a Quality System for their Phase III study. They were rude and unprofessional with me and I will never forget that. Do not work there!
