That interviewers were on time and asked intuitive questions, but even after correctly answering all questions (the program outputs matched expectations and passed all test cases), I failed to get an offer. Maybe it was a team fit issue but the interviewers are tight lipped about it. This made it the worst interview experience for me so far.

Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time

By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
