Applied through the website, applying for the position as a new grad. Process took +2 months, though most of that was waiting for my rounds of interviews to start. They started me off with a coding assignment that I would do on my computer. I was then given ~30 minutes to complete it. After passing that, they assigned me to a phone interview. Similarly to what others have said, it was through SSH. The interviewers were really nice and helpful. I actually learned a few things from them. Unfortunately though, I was passed as my C concepts were not strong enough (slipped up on a few questions like memory management) despite my coding skills being great.
