In my 8 yr career, this was the worst interview I faced in terms of the questions and the process. There was a written examination which I cleared and was then called for a F2F discussion. After asking mere 4 questions (in a span of 10 mins) out of which I answered 3 of them properly, I was asked to leave. From what it seemed, it was just an interview to show that the company is hiring without actually having any intention of hiring(This is my personal view). My advice to the management would be to respect the valuable time of a candidate.

2. Technical interview, system design, tech challenges. Algo tasks like for data structures, etc.
3. Soft Skills check and few architectural questions they ask.

There was an inital screening call, then, an online techincal interview
The interviewers want some .net expert but the company didn't really offer a pay according to the average salary.

Data structure question were tricky . CPP basic concept were asked .
A dynamic programming question, A 2D matrix was given with children as rows and toys as columns. The values at indexes are 0 or 1 as either a child can have this toy or not
