Five-Step Process: 1. Screening call with HR. 2. Take-Home Assignment 3. Assignment Review Round 4. Call with the Engineering Manager 5. Call with the CTO Although I cleared all the rounds and communicated my salary expectations at the beginning. HR was very helpful throughout the process but in the end, I was told they froze the hiring so I cannot get the contract after making an offer. Will reach out once the hiring freeze is over but it never happened. The most disappointing was to see the new opening for the same role within 1 week itself. HR could have been truthful to me as a candidate it takes a lot of effort to go through all the process and finally you end up nowhere.
