I interviewed for a position at Ben Avery Shooting Facility. The panel consisted of 3 members of management. The “Range Manager” looked so annoyed to be there that it made everyone visible uncomfortable. He barely made eye contact with me and for the most part, fiddled around in his chair and stared off into space like a very needy, distracted 3 year old child.
